La Sala Plena de la Corporación determinó que el memorial que pretendía la subsanación de la demanda no se ajustó a los términos del auto inadmisorio, al no realizar las adecuaciones requeridas por la magistrada sustanciadora en relación con el elemento de competencia sobre la materia.
Se deniega el recurso y se CONFIRMA el auto cuestionado.
